PERFECT ESTATE DEVELOPERS LTD PAYMENT SCHEME
40% payment upon notification of allocation

40% on allocation of house and

20% upon completion of the unit allotted



NHF PAYMENT SCHEME
Applicable NHF Contributors

Must involve a Primary Mortgage Institution

30% minimum deposit

You must have contributed for a minimum of Six (6) months

Title will be surrendered to the PMI

Your allocation letter will be given only after payment is received from the PMI



COMMERCIAL BANK PAYMENT SCHEME
70% to be sourced by Developers at efficiently priced rate
30% minimum deposit

FEDERAL GOVERNMENT STAFF HOUSING LOANS BORARD
Applicable to Federal workers in Nigeria only
Must be lssued letter of allocation from the developer at the time of application to the Board.
30% down payment to the developer
70% outsourced from the Loans Board at 3% interest rate to the Beneficiary.
